Troubleshooting

Cannot unlock with passcode

  • Make sure 4 digits are entered correctly.
  • If several wrong attempts were made, re-enter carefully as lockout warning may appear.

Export not appearing

  • Check system share sheet permissions.
  • Try both JSON and CSV export formats.

Budget not updating

  • Confirm the number is greater than 0 and valid decimal format.
  • Re-open Overview after saving budget.

Missing records in list

  • Review selected filter period in Ledger.
  • Check keyword search text and custom date range.
